Meet Jill Perin

Jill is a guide for women who are done performing, striving, or self-abandoning — and ready to reclaim their peace. Through the Embodied Peace Method™, she helps you soften the overgiving, unmask the achiever, and remember the wholeness you’ve always carried.

Jill Perin is a spiritual coach, meditation and yoga teacher, and retreat leader dedicated to helping women find peace, purpose, and joy in the third chapter of life. A former Radio City Rockette and performer with a BFA from NYU, she blends creativity, movement, and spirituality to guide women through life’s transitions — from empty nesting and aging parents to rediscovering love, vitality, and self-worth.

Rooted in the teachings of A Course in Miracles and trained under Marianne Williamson, Jill’s work helps women release fear, embrace love, and remember who they truly are. Through her coaching, retreats, and classes, she creates sacred spaces where women can breathe again, reconnect with their inner light, and rise into this beautiful next chapter with grace and joy.
